3.4 Customs and Import Delays:
For international shipments, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance processes. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6.2 Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, provide photos and details of the damage to info@finncotton.com within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
6.3 Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered. For such issues, contact the carrier directly.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize an error, contact us at info@finncotton.com immediately.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries. If you have specific shipping requests, please contact us for assistance.
9. Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us within info@finncotton.com, within 12-24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
